Hi, I'm Mary.​​
I'm a licensed massage therapist offering therapeutic, in-home massage focused on regulation, restoration, and nervous system support.

I graduated from the massage school in Hadley, MA after completing their 750-hour program, and continue to deepen my work through ongoing education in assisted stretching, myofascial release, prenatal massage, and reflexology. My approach is rooted in thoughtful, responsive care - meeting each body where it is, without forcing or rushing change.

Massage has been a powerful tool in my own life for learning how to slow down, listen inward, and cultivate self-compassion. That personal experience shapes the way I work with clients. Sessions are collaborative, intentional, and guided by your needs on that day - whether you're seeking relief from chronic tension, support during pregnancy, or simply space to rest and reset.

It's important to me that clients feel safe, respected, and at ease. My goal isn't just to work with your muscles, but to support a sense of presence and connection that carries beyond the session.
